Persons with Disabilities, as we call them SAP (Specially Abled People) are a huge resource pool that is largely untapped but with technology enablement, growing economy, employers have started tapping into this hidden, untapped resource pool.

This can be further accelerated with more focused training, skill development programs for SAP and incentives to employers like what Govt of India recently announced – equal to approx 15% salary cost will be paid by Govt of India for 10 years, if SAP is hired.
