The employees were selected through a rigorous recruitment process and underwent three months of specialized training. The workforce includes people with a variety of physical, intellectual, and psychological impairments, such as paralysis, autism, Down syndrome, and Asperger’s.
Mitti Cafe offers a wide range of hot and cold beverages, as well as sandwiches, pasta, and samosas.
