Garlic at Doorsteps!

काकतालीयवत्प्राप्तं दृष्टवापि निधिमग्रत:।

न स्वयं दैवमादत्ते पुरुषार्थमपेक्षते ॥

Even if out of sheer luck, you find a treasure in front of you,

Destiny doesn’t pick it for you, your effort is expected!!

Arvindbhai Gamtibhai Vaghri, the head of the family of 9 is a victim of prosthetic challenge, can not walk, and moving on the road is not less than a luxury in such circumstances! When Arvindbhai received a tricycle, it was not less than a treasure for him. He is required to maintain a family comprising three sisters, five brothers, and his mother, a total of 10 people including Arvindbhai!!

When Arvindbhai received a tricycle from Voice of SAP, he was at top of the world, he felt as happy as Dhirubhai Ambani might have been when Dhirubhai started his own business with a very small amount! Sounds too much? No, immediately after getting the tricycle, Arvindbhai said, “I will sell Garlic on this Tricycle all over Amrevadi and surrounding areas.

From morning to evening Arvindbhai sells Garlic on wheels! Garlic at doorsteps and earns Rupees 6,000 to Rs 7,000!!!

During this COVID-19 pandemic related Lockdown period, many big businessmen are forced to sit at home but Arvindbhai’s “Garlic at doorsteps” is running smoothly because it’s an essential commodity and even the Police will not stop him! Arvindbhai is out of those few whose business is running even during the lockdown!

Can a tricycle run the family of 10? Yes, indeed!! Arvindbhai’s hard work of running tricycle whole day and selling Garlic door to door is making it possible. Arvindbhai might not become Dhirubhai Ambani per se, but his spirits are as high as that of Dhirubhai Ambani. Because running a family of 10 is not less than running Reliance for him.

Hats off to BPA and it’s donors who are making such aspirations possible.

आलस्यं हि मनुष्याणां शरीरस्थो महान्रिपु ।
नास्त्युद्यमसमो बन्धुः कृत्वा यं नावसीदति ॥
Laziness is verily the great enemy residing in our body.
There is no friend like hard work, doing which one doesn’t decline.
