Voice of SAP’s virtual platform for employment of Specially Abled People (PwD) provides access to hundreds of job opportunities available from VOSAP’s partner organizations.

 

VOSAP’s DII (Disability Inclusion Index) framework helps corporations understand their business benefits of hiring PwD. As a result, VOSAP’s corporate partners identify jobs which can be filled by PwD. The Disability Inclusion Index (DII) is a framework that quantifies and measures a company’s inclusivity of PwD based on a 100 point system. The goal of the DII framework is to provide corporations of all sizes and industry segments a standardized and comprehensive benchmark to measure its efforts in disability inclusion.

As part of the hiring strategy, Beyond Codes management has opened these positions and will continue hiring till Dec 2022 to ensure achieving this Inclusive Hiring goal. Beyond Codes will also provide training to selected PwD. Remote, work from home option is available for these jobs. Offices are also accessible in case selected PwD wants to work in the Chandigarh office.
