Voice of SAP, a US-based organization in a ‘Special Consultative Status’ with the United Nations Economic and Social Council, is committed to catalyzing transformation and empowering specially-abled individuals, Founded by the visionary Shri Pranav Desai, a polio survivor, and his wife Usha Desai.

The founders of VOSAP have diligently built upon the successes of Vision 2020 to craft a roadmap for Vision 2047. The primary objective is to ensure that 15% of India’s Divyangjan (persons with disabilities population) actively contribute to the nation’s economic expansion. The goal is to achieve inclusion everywhere by 2047, celebrating 100 years of India’s independence wherein the disability sector economy would be thriving, contributing $1 Trillion.

The “Vision 2047 for Divyangjan” driven by the indomitable spirit of its founder Shri Pranav Desai, is gaining momentum with a recent three-day visit to Delhi, where he engaged with the highest echelons of political leadership and key administrative figures(IAS Secretary), . This pivotal interaction aimed to garner support for the Vision 2047, a comprehensive initiative that seeks to transform the lives of specially-abled individuals and propel them into active contributors to India’s economic expansion.

In addition to several Secretary level meetings, these 4 leadership meetings have encouraged all at VOSAP to be more hopeful for future of Divyangjan

  • Honorable Finance Minister of India, Nirmala Sitaraman ji: Pranav Desai had the privilege of presenting the Tax Incentives Package for Divyangjan to the Finance Minister. This package is designed to support the achievement of the $1 trillion goal by 2047, jump starting economic growth, hiring within the disability sector.
  • Hon. Member of Parliament and President of BJP, Shri J. P. Nadda ji: Pranav Desai discussed Vision 2047 with Shri J. P. Nadda and Dr. Mallika Nadda, seeking their support in driving initiatives that promote awareness about ABILITY of Specially Abled People for EVERYONE to start seeing them for their ABILITY
  • Hon. Union Cabinet Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment Dr. Virendra Kumar ji: Pranav Desai engaged with Dr. Virendra Kumar to explore collaborative initiatives and policies that can enhance the social justice and empowerment of specially-abled individuals, aligned to Vision 2047
  • Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India Hon. Shri Nitin Gadkari ji: The meeting with Shri Nitin Gadkari focused on discussing accessibility and transportation issues faced by individuals with disabilities, aiming to improve mobility and ensure their active participation with “Accessibility Everywhere” In transportation
