The organisation was founded on 21st February 1980 by a dynamic group of youths from Hooghly district by the leadership of Mr. Satyajit Mondal keeping in view the vision of integrated community development with specific option for women and children by addressing the problem of poverty, disease ignorance and illiteracy.
