VOSAP’s Mass Enablement Event in Bhubaneswar, empowering over 200 Persons with Disabilities with Assistive Technologies
Voice of Specially Abled People (VOSAP) hosted a landmark Mass Enablement Event at Rama Devi Women’s University, Bhubaneswar, showcasing transformative innovations like AI-based Smart Glasses, Signable App, and Vision Wallets. These technologies empower Divyangjan to read, navigate, communicate, and live with greater independence — enhancing accessibility, inclusion, and confidence.
The event was graced by Shri Pratap Chandra Sarangi, Former Union Minister & Hon’ble Member of Parliament; Smt. Bratati Harichandan, State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, and Prof. Chandi Charan Rath, Vice Chancellor, Rama Devi Women’s University.
Hosted by Shri Pranav Desai, Founder of VOSAP, the event also acknowledged the inspiring leadership of Shri Sanyas Kumar Behra, IAS, and Major Dr. Kalpana Das, Chair of CWDS, Bhubaneswar, for their dedication toward empowering the disability community.
