Ramp available outside so wheelchair users can easily access the ground floor. Inside only stairs, no ramp. Lift is available but it starts from the basement, which is usually crowded. So, while the ground floor is accessible, reaching the 1st floor or above is inconvenient because PWD have to first go down to the basement to access the lift.
