The year 2025 has been a truly milestone year for Voice of SAP, marked by unprecedented growth, deeper reach, and impact across our programmes. We witnessed our impact grow by more than 100% in 2025 and under the HITARTH program, beneficiary count grew nearly 700% from just 3,000 in 2024 to over 25,000 beneficiaries in 2025, VOSAP beneficiaries constituted over 30%+ of the total beneficiaries under the GOI’s NIRAMAYA Scheme. Similarly, our Assistive Technology interventions, like the Signable app for Hearing Impaired saw 250% adoption growth from January to December 2025.
We are proud of an extraordinary year of advocacy and enablement. By 2025 year-end, our total beneficiary count crossed 58,000. In healthcare, we realigned our strategy from high-volume cataract surgeries to specialized interventions like retina surgeries, glaucoma treatments, and cornea transplants in Porecha and Tejas Eye Hospitals, alongside cataract surgeries in the Ayodhya & Bansi regions of Uttar Pradesh by our partner Kalyanam Karoti, Lucknow. Along with our partner Kalyanam Karoti, Mathura, we continued providing prosthetics across Jhansi, Mathura, Agra and surrounding regions. The scholarship program grew by 60%, and we have started offering assistive devices in the US.
Guided by Vision 2047 for Divyangjan, the year 2025 involved strong leadership engagement, starting with meeting the Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi and concluding with State Governors and MoUs for active state participation and the United Nations – promoting economic inclusion as an untapped massive opportunity. We conducted mass enablement events across 14 cities and expanded to newer regions like Manipur, Baramulla (Kashmir), and Chandigarh, reaching beneficiaries in 28 states and 3 Union Territories. Entering 2026, we aspire to cross 100,000 beneficiaries and impact 500,000 lives, supported by the trust of our donors and partners like the PARIVAAR NCPO and Blind People’s Association.
We are equally excited about the upcoming Book of Inspiration – A Symphony of Abilities. The research by igniters is completed, and interviews of SAP Heroes started as part of this project have been deeply inspiring and have strengthened our belief in the art of possibility and the power of human determination. The book is planned for publication in 2027 as part of celebrating the completion of the first 10 years of Voice of SAP’s impactful journey. We are also enthusiastic about the LA 2028 Readiness Project and the VOSAP Mobile App Version 2 that our teams are working on.
As we continue this multi-year journey of enablement and empowerment, our commitment remains steadfast to build scalable, inclusive solutions and work relentlessly towards our grand vision for 2047.
