KEY RESULT AREA:

  • Analyse, diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems faced by the client.
  • Regularly update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
  • Install and configure computer, systems and applications
  • Respond, analyse and troubleshoot customer’s problems
  • Maintaining a complete data of request of technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them and date and time of the request.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for any type of technical issues faced in any hardware or software
  • Sharing action plan/ service improvement plan with customers
  • Providing regular status to customer
  • Daily Review of Escalated incidents with Management
  • Daily review for Issues faced and their probable solutions
  • Organise and maintain files related to the computer hardware and parts.

SKILL SET:

  • B.Tech graduate
  • Good communication skills
  • Customer oriented, good analytical and presentation skills
  • CCNA and CCNP
  • Good knowledge of Networking/MPLS
  • Ability to prioritise and complete work within the deadline
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Troubleshooting
  • Experience in installing and configuring computer systems and applications
