Position Overview: Voice of SAP is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The CSR Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and implementing corporate social responsibility initiatives to support the organization’s mission and enhance its impact on specially-abled individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CSR Project:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine the organization’s CSR strategy aligned with Voice of SAP’s mission and values.
    • Identify and assess potential CSR partnerships and opportunities that align with the organization’s goals.
  2. Partnership Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
    • Work closely with partners to understand their CSR goals and customize programs that meet mutual objectives.
  3. Program Implementation:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute CSR programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with Voice of SAP’s mission and objectives.
    • Oversee the development of outreach materials, presentations, and reports related to CSR activities.
  4. Monitoring and Evaluation:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for CSR initiatives and track progress against goals.
    • Conduct regular evaluations to measure the impact of CSR programs and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Internal Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of CSR initiatives into the organization’s overall strategy.
  6. Event Management:
    • Plan and organize events related to CSR initiatives, including conferences, workshops, and community engagement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Social Sciences, etc.).
  • Proven experience in CSR, community relations, or related fields.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of issues related to specially-abled individuals is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with project management tools and platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of analysis and reporting.
  • Comfortable using virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Understanding of social media platforms for outreach and engagement.
