Vision 2047 for Divyangjan presented to Leadership in Government of India

VOSAP Founder Pranav Desai, presented "Vision 2047 for Divyangjan" in a recent trip to Bharat. He met several cabinet ministers, IAS officers, policy makers, Chief Ministers to explain that $1 Tn economy of disbaility sector by 2047 in Viksit Bharat us a REAL possibility if we all align with "NEW" perspective towards disability as "UNTAPPED" economic oppportunity.

VOSAP presented Oral Statement at HLPF at UN Newyork

Only 10 NGOs out of 107 statements were selected to present to world leaders at the UN. VOSAP Ambassador Manushri Desai presented the Oral Statement in person at the High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) on July 20, 2023. This was the 8th opportunity for VOSAP to present disability sector at UN.

In a “Special Consultative Status” with UN ECOSOC and accreditation with UN COSP, Voice of SAP is working to create an Inclusive and Accessible world by accelerating implementation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the UN and goals of UN CRPD (Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities) treaty.

Our data and research driven Advocacy with leaders at UN, America, India, Academia, youth and masses coupled with use of cutting edge technologies, assistive technology adoption has enabled 22,000+ Persons with Disabilities in India and the US with help of 1,000+ NRI donors in the US and 12,000+ registered volunteers.

The Convention is intended as a human rights instrument with an explicit, social development dimension. It reaffirms that all persons with all types of disabilities must enjoy all human rights and fundamental freedoms.
