Job Description: VOSAP is a Non profit organization based in the US, working for empowerment of  Persons with Disabilities. The Program Coordinator role is to execute and manage the Enablement programs of VOSAP to meet the  yearly and 5 yearly goals of empowering Specially Abled People.


Job Duties:

  • Expand VOSAP Enablement program to enable 5,000+ people
  • Identify suppliers, negotiate rates for assistive devices, procure and ensure shipping of assistive devices where needed
  • Work with VOSAP partners (NGO, exhibitors, schools etc.) to receive online applications of beneficiaries
  • Execute end to end enablement program with volunteers and partners using VOSAP online system from application of beneficiaries to progress report of beneficiaries
  • Help make the programs more effective and efficient for the organization and Specially Abled People by creating processes for optimized use of time and resources
  • Communications of program successes for public relations and social media campaigns
  • Overall responsibility for program schedules, execution and supervision to meet the set goals
  • Travel as needed and meet beneficiaries, partners in India and build amicable relations between the team and partners
  • Responsible for documentation and compliance records for all programs and beneficiaries
  • Maintain up to date information into a database to generate reports and proposals
  • Develop new partners to expand geographical reach in India

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social welfare, business administration, project management
  • Prior experience as a program coordinator in social sector
  • Excellent computer knowledge and quick learner
  • Excellent communication and people skills
